Help and support
Short answers below, longer guides underneath, and a real person at the end of support@cobroker.in.
Leads and portals
- How do I get leads from MagicBricks, 99acres or Housing?
- Open Portals from the menu and connect the one you use. MagicBricks, 99acres and NoBroker give you a URL to send to your account manager. Housing asks for an account ID and secret key, which their account manager issues on request. Read the full guide.
- Can I collect leads from my own website?
- Yes. Connect "Your website and ads" under Portals. You get a ready-made enquiry page you can link from an advertisement, a snippet to paste into an existing website, and the option to download the whole page as a file. Read the full guide.
- I already have a website with a form. Can I use that?
- Yes. Connect "Your website and ads" and point your existing form at the address it gives you - it accepts both a normal form submission and JSON, so any website builder or plugin will work. Read the full guide.
- How do I know which advertisement a lead came from?
- Add a campaign name to the end of the link you put in the ad - for example ?utm_campaign=powai-2bhk. Every enquiry from that link is tagged with the name, so you can tell which campaign produced which lead. Read the full guide.
- The same buyer enquired twice. Will I get two leads?
- No. A repeat enquiry within thirty days is recorded on the existing lead rather than creating a second one, so the agent can see they came back - which is a stronger signal than the first enquiry.
- Who decides which agent gets a new lead?
- Leads that arrive automatically are assigned by workload first, then by who has handled that area and price range before, and how quickly they call back. The reason is written on the lead, so you can always see why it went where it did.
Your team
- Can my agents see each other’s leads?
- No. Each agent sees only the leads assigned to them. The admin sees all of them.
- Can my agents see each other’s properties?
- Yes - inventory is shared with the whole team, and each listing shows who added it. An agent who cannot see the flat cannot sell it. Editing a listing is still limited to whoever it belongs to, and to the admin.
- What happens when an agent leaves?
- Removing them requires naming a successor first. Their leads, listings and pending follow-ups all move across in one step, so nothing disappears from your pipeline the day somebody resigns.
- How do I add someone to the team?
- Agents, then Add agent. They get their own sign-in and a temporary password shown once. Each person who signs in uses a seat.
Signing in
- I am not getting the sign-in code
- Codes go to the email on your account and are only sent to admins. Check spam first. If the address is wrong, another admin can change it, or write to us.
- Why do I need a code every time?
- Only admins are asked for one, because an admin can see every lead in the business. Tick "trust this device" and you will not be asked again on that browser for thirty days. Your password is still needed every time.
- An agent forgot their password
- An admin can reset it from the Agents page. A temporary password is shown once, and they set their own on the next sign-in.
Billing
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. The account becomes read-only until you choose a plan - you can still read, search and export everything.
- What if a payment fails?
- The account stays fully usable for a short grace period. After that it becomes read-only, and exports keep working. Nothing is ever deleted for non-payment.
- How do I cancel?
- From the Plan page, at any time. Billing stops immediately and your data stays where it is.
