What is a real estate CRM?
A real estate CRM is software that keeps every buyer enquiry, property listing and follow-up in one place instead of across WhatsApp, a diary and an Excel sheet. CoBroker is built specifically for Indian brokers, so it speaks in lakhs and crores, BHK configurations and localities rather than generic sales terminology.
Is there a free trial, and do I need a card?
Every account starts on a 30 day free trial with no card required. You only add payment details when you decide to continue.
Can my agents see each other’s leads?
No. An agent sees only the leads and properties assigned to them. The admin sees everything in the organisation and can reassign anything. That separation is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
What happens to a departing agent’s leads?
Removing an agent requires naming a successor first. Their leads, listings and pending follow-ups all move across in one step, so nothing quietly disappears from your pipeline the day someone resigns.
Will a buyer see the owner’s phone number on a shared listing?
Never. A shared listing page is built field by field from an allow list: photos, area, configuration, locality, amenities and your own number. The owner’s name, phone and email, your internal notes and the street address are not on it and cannot be.
Does CoBroker work on a phone?
Yes. It is built to work down to a 360px screen, because most of a broker’s day happens standing in someone else’s flat rather than at a desk. Call and WhatsApp buttons sit on every row.
Can I get my data out?
Any list you can filter, you can export to Excel, and the file matches what is on screen. Exports keep working even if a payment fails, because your records are yours.
How much does CoBroker cost?
₹499 per person per month. That is the whole price list - there are no tiers, and every feature is included whatever the size of your team. Three people is ₹1,497, five is ₹2,495. Above eight people get in touch and we can usually do better.
