What a real estate CRM should cost in India
What brokers actually pay for CRM software in India, what the pricing usually hides, and what a small agency needs.

The range
Property CRM software in India runs from a few hundred rupees per person per month to several thousand, and the expensive end is usually sold to builders rather than brokers. A two-person brokerage and a two-hundred-person developer are not buying the same product, even when the website is the same.
What the price usually hides
Three things are worth asking about before the number matters.
A setup or onboarding fee, often several times the monthly cost, which does not appear until the quote. An annual contract paid upfront, where the monthly figure quoted was never actually available monthly. And a minimum number of seats, so a three-person firm pays for ten.
The question to ask
"What will I pay in month one, and can I stop after month one?" The answer to the second half tells you most of what you need to know.
What a small brokerage actually needs
Leads with a next step and a date. Inventory the whole team can see. Enquiries from the portals arriving automatically rather than being retyped. Something that works on a phone, because that is where the work happens.
Most of what costs more than that is built for someone with a sales team and a marketing department.
What we charge
CoBroker is ₹499 per person per month. No setup fee, no minimum, no annual commitment, and a 30 day trial without a card. Every feature is included at every size - there is no cheaper plan missing the thing you need.
